These work great! in pastry and baking pans

I have a recipe for gingerbread cookies that I have been making for many years, but it calls for icing. Because it took too long (and the frosting recipe is very weather sensitive), I looked for cookie cutters that didn't require me to frosting them if I didn't want to. They work very well and are very easy to prepare. use. Simply press down to cut the outer perimeter, then gently press the button to stamp the cookie. If you push too hard it will cut through, but it wasn't difficult. They worked really well with the batter I used (made of flour, egg yolk, butter, sugar, and spices). The construction of the parts makes a pretty solid impression. The only thing I wish they were a little bigger. They are each about 1.5 centimeters long.
