I like that it's very easy to use with all of my tools from Outlook (email) & Asana(Task manager), you can also add in your Dropbox account which helps when sending documents back/forth between teammates who are spread out across multiple time zones! It has been fairly simple so far but maybe needs more user friendly features? If anyone wants something they'd likely be using everyday this would help them organize their projects much easier than Excel or other programs we've used before.
Keeping organized while meeting deadlines - less stress overall because everything will always have an owner assigned by our team members as well since everyone uses different platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 / Google Drive etc., plus its online accessable via any device at anytime anywhere makes life pretty convenient if there were ever issues arise where someone isn't available right away then just get off.
