I like that it's very easy to use with all of my tools from Outlook (email) & Asana(Task manager), you can also add in your Dropbox account which helps when sending documents back/forth between teammates who are spread out across multiple time zones! It has been fairly simple so far but maybe needs more user friendly features? It has all the features that you would need to manage a construction project. It's easy to use and navigate. I like how it has an option to send email reminders for each user. I also like that it allows me to set up milestones and tasks in advance so that my team knows exactly what they have to do.
