Very pretty, but pretty loud
Love the different color settings and brightness. This device illuminates my daughter’s medium sized room easy. The shapes are clear and interesting to look at. However, when in rotation mode, this is very loud and makes a grinding/squeaking noise upon each full rotation that honestly sounds like a fart. My daughter can sleep through it but it’s like a torture device to me! I think any non toddler aged person would have a hard time sleeping through the sounds. Still, it’s pretty much perfect when using the standard non-rotating setting.
- The moon and stars projection can be used as a visual aid for storytime or reading
- The remote control is too complicated and difficult to understand
