One of our keys broke the plastic casing and we were no longer able to simply turn the key in the ignition without the key falling apart. These keys are expensive. If it's just the plastic case that's cracked, then that's a great repair you can do yourself and save a lot of money. It contains instructions and tools you need to do this. Since it is not a Honda part, there is no Honda logo on it. Also, there's no label on which number key it's for (1 or 2). If that's important to you, you might find stickers somewhere and it's still cheaper than a spare key. Now our key is beautiful and strong and we love it.
