I ordered them at 6am while still in bed with my carpal tunnel raging at the wheel after a 1400 mile drive. I haven't had carpal tunnel pain in 10 years. I hoped they were decent. I don't know why everyone says: 1. Too small. Don't order small/medium unless you have huge male hands. I wear a 5/6 ring and there is plenty of room in these tires.2. Belt. They are NOT short. I have to cut them to fit. They are long enough to adjust for size.3. transom. You can lengthen and bend it as you like. I've paid over $20 for a single tire in the past. Yes, it had a little more padding, but not much. They are perfect and easy to sleep on. I'll update how they work tonight. But it was nice just trying them out. TO UPDATE! My wrists were pretty bad. I received them yesterday and used them last night. I was finally able to fall asleep and didn't wake up because both my hands were numb and tingling. Great product and price
