Very Disappointed 😞

I was so excited to receive my Snappees order. I use the thicker ones for my poufs and love them. I have used the stretched ones shown in the picture 5 times since my order arrived on May 12th. Today when I tried to use it for the 5th time the latch broke. I didn't really think about it and decided to attach an unused one to tie them together. I can't even unzip my snappes to get my hair done. I think I'll return them and stick with the bigger and thicker ones.
