Who knew such a simple concept would bring such tremendous relief to my lower back? I use this device every day when I come home from work where I sit at the computer for 8 hours. I set it on a medium height setting which gives me the perfect stretch as I'm only 4ft 11 inches tall. It's a bit uncomfortable at first, so I had to learn not to fight it. Just relax into the stretch and gently roll from side to side and let those little magical spikes and bumps do their thing. About 5 minutes a day completely relieves stress. Great product that I highly recommend. You don't have to pay more for the one that looks prettier.
