I need help balancing my new milligram scale.
Everything worked fine with this scale but now that I really need it the most it started going negative after switching it on. I don't know what to do to fix this. You have to wait a minute after turning the device on, but during that minute the numbers reflecting the weight go crazy before I even put a cup on it. Up and down and up again. I think I should try recalibrating it, but I'm not sure that would work because it looks like an issue with the scale itself. I know these things are very fragile and I hope I didn't drop them and notice or anything. Anyone have any advice?
