Review on Thetford 34100 Style Water Valve by Charles Salgado

This is complete crap and easily broken. This is the 2nd one I've ordered. My original was broken so I ordered my first of these replacement parts. After a few months it broke in the same place as my original. So I ordered a second replacement (just because they don't have any other options, I even looked on ebay etc. It was the only option wherever I looked). The second does not hold the cable in place. Concerned that this replacement would eventually break, I stuck a piece of metal into the slot hoping it would hold the cable in place. Bottom line, this part is cheaply made and doesn't really hold up to the pressure that is required of this part. Let's hope that the aftermarket part will be produced in a higher quality.
