Like most people who've bought this item, I'm a very hot sleeper, and I need the room to be legitimately cold so I can get to sleep. Well, it's July, and the room is not cold. I've been using one blanket after another (because I need the feeling of a blanket over me, even when it's 90 outside) and I finally looked up the words "cooling blanket", and it brought me to this product. And I LOVE IT.The material is cold to the touch all the time, even in a hot room. I can put it over my whole body and snuggle up with it and stay cool. In fact, this morning I was even a little *too* cold! Didn't think that was possible in July!The color is really nice and simple, and I love that the back of the blanket is a different material. This morning when I was cold, I just flipped it over! The blanket is also really heavy and substantial. So you feel like you have a regular blanket over you, and not just a sheet or something.This blanket is something I highly recommend. I've been getting to sleep more easily and I think my sleep quality has been better. Great item!
