Great idea, cheap, light, strong, does its job. You can open it if you have a reason to. I've previously bought a brand that has nibs so I'm already a fan of the container concept, but my review is mostly focused on the differences. It looks the same, but the Dumpster model is slightly smaller, has more rounded corners, and therefore holds 10-15 fewer blades than a feather. That means less than 100 blades (about 85) will fit before they start sticking out a bit. You can keep giggling at the box to squeeze a few more in, but my goal wasn't to expose the edges of the blades, so I'll settle for 85. While the razor garbagester product is a little cheaper than a feather, it also lasts a little less. I'd say the pen is a bit simpler because it handles the same number of blades as blades (100) and costs an extra 0.26 to keep that up. It also means I don't have to keep two empty boxes for several years and then find them. If I order more razor blades, buy a different tip.
