It does take a bit more effort, and I mean a little, to secure the phone to the mount, but once it's in place and tightened, it won't budge an inch! Very easy to set up. Use your Note 20 Ultra with a protective case. This configuration is JUST suitable! This is the border for rubber bands to secure it for extra security. I have one on my road bike. I have used it with elastics and without a case (very good fit, very secure, no problems with buttons, vision, etc.). I used it with a suitcase. In this situation, only two rubber bands can be wrapped around the corners. Attempting to attach all four required significant stretching and I was afraid it would break. That's why I only used two angled straps on the case. Works very well and I haven't had any problems. The phone fits very well without the case. Overall I like it a lot as I can control the tightness of the locking mechanism, it's well made and the color is nice too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a more secure mount for a slightly heavier/bigger phone.
