Uses them to PWM control aftermarket 14" 90W heatsink fans with Arduino Nano. Without radiator. PWM library was used to eliminate noise and change frequency. From >1000Hz they start to warm up. You need to go above 10kHz to eliminate the noise. The motor runs below 200Hz and they never get hot. They work well and the noise is less than the engine noise. All I want! The final assembly will have heatsinks although they are not needed. I order more in stock!
