The lack of valid installation instructions was mentioned the most. However, I find that printed guides pale in comparison to the information available online, particularly YouTube(r) how-to videos. The product not only contained a digitizer and an LCD display with the necessary screwdrivers to disassemble the GamePad. Since my digitizer was intact I used an existing item on the GamePad as it includes a bezel to prevent the LCD light mentioned in another comment from leaking. Without over-treating the contact adhesive between the digitizer and the original LCD, they can be fully reused to prevent slipping. I would like to warn you that disassembling and assembling the Wii U GamePad is not difficult, but it does require an average level of knowledge about electronic connections. There are some extremely thin ribbon cables that are difficult to remove and reconnect without damaging them.
