The team is very helpful, they reply to messages quickly! I have had no issues with them at all so far - super friendly communication throughout our relationship (and beyond!).

They are also able to help me set up my account in such way that it's easy for us both when we're working remotely from different countries/timezones :) We use their service as an additional tool within Salesforce Marketing Cloud which helps identify leads who might be interested or not by looking into various data attributes of each lead record available through CRM system.
