Great and responsive support during onboarding process

The team is very helpful, they reply to messages quickly! I have had no issues with them at all so far - super friendly communication throughout our relationship (and beyond!). They are also able to help me set up my account in such way that it's easy for us both when we're working remotely from different countries/timezones :) We use their service as an additional tool within Salesforce Marketing Cloud which helps identify leads who might be interested or not by looking into various data…

A must have tool for every business owner

The best part is that it has an integrated chatbot for sales, which makes communication between customer support team easy as well! It's great to have everything in one place with all your data stored safely within warm call itself so you don't need any third party tool or service provider like Zapier etc., I would highly recommend this software because of its ease-of-use features such as scheduling tasks at specific dates/times (e.g.: send reminder emails before due date).
