I don't even know where to start. It works? "Works" is a subjective term, but yes, it lets off steam. This device is for vehicle detailing/cleaning and if you are serious about your products and your vehicles I would choose another brand. This is a very amateur device and the price doesn't justify its use to me. If I had to do it all over again I would spend a little more and buy a different type and brand. It only makes waiting for the tank to heat up worse as you will have to refill the tank more often as a good 10-15% of the distilled water will fly out and drip out of the nozzle so you will spend more time waiting for the device. : It takes at least 10 minutes to produce vapor, ejecting about 6-8 ounces of water quickly, NOT vapor leaving a wet mess all over - be careful. If the device ejects water or water droplets, it will become VERY hot and may burn unprotected skin - again use caution. Nightmare, such as steam cleaning the headliner, A-pillar or sensitive leather seats. Fourth: the instructions indicate several nozzles that are not included; disappointing.
