This is a great replacement or addition to our original lids to carry with you wherever you go. They are very well made, maybe better than the original. The small tab that keeps the lid closed hasn't come loose yet. Great seal. The only problem is that when you screw it all the way in, the mouth hole ends up in a weird place. It is often located just above the handle, making drinking uncomfortable. This is the case for mugs with a thick integrated handle, which we only use. For other cups they would be perfectly perfect.
