I've tried several mosquito repellents and they all failed and I didn't want to use mosquito coils in my son's room because it's a chemical. I then hesitated between a round net with a hook (because it would obviously be easy to install) and this rectangular canopy. I'm glad I have this special dome. I installed these 6 temporary adhesive hooks myself and the canopy in 10 minutes. I am attaching 2 photos of my 9 year old son's room - one from the ceiling and the other from the side of the bed. I think I'll have to drill 6 holes and install anchors and permanent hooks later, but that's enough for this season. I will be tearing down this shed in late summer/fall and probably installing permanent anchors/hooks next summer. I am ordering two more for my room and my eldest son. I am very glad I found this solution for my family as my youngest son has had over 10 bites due to sudden 100+ day days especially over the past few nights here in Northern California.
