Right out of the box, one of these cables didn't work. When I tried others they were fine. Connected to the socket everything was good and convenient. A week later, boarding became free. After two weeks, the cords fell out of the devices I was trying to charge. After three weeks they were at the landfill. It just baffles me why so many people give such a clearly inferior product such high ratings. Trust me, if all mine haven't worked after such a short time, yours won't either. Keep searching. There has to be a brand that really keeps going. Sigh.
