The dress is beautiful and high quality. However, I have to send it back and try Medium. The little one was too tight from top to bottom. I usually wear a size 6 in a store bought dress, 5ft 7in, 140lbs, 34B bra. He hit me in the knees what I was looking for. The polyester makes it feel like a more formal dress and the spandex gives it the right amount of stretch, it has no lining underneath like a store bought dress. I bought this one in burgundy and bought another dress in burgundy at the same time (they are the exact same color)! Both are pretty though! Hope this helps - the other height and weight ratings were the most helpful when trying to decide which size to order.
