I bought these for my 2009 Jeep JK. I've always loved the look of round off-road headlights on the front of a jeep. At 5 inches they look good. They're not too big, but they're more than fog lights. In terms of performance, they're good bang for your buck. The spot is much brighter and carries further than the factory high beam. However, the floodlight system is where the money is. These things give you a good wide view of the trees on the periphery. The light is nice cool white. Very clean. I can't say anything about durability. , since I only had them during the day and did a small test on some dirt roads at night. Let's see how they master the difficult lumberjack path. I will say they were fine when I first received them. But after unplugging and reconnecting all the cables, one stopped working. I contacted Revain and they immediately sent me a new pair. Got them in two days. I accidentally bent the battery when connecting the positive terminal. The wrench hit the inside of the fender. Stupid misstake. I don't know if this is related to the light failure or not. I'm going to move them upwind of the shield post to make room for the 20" light bar on the bull post. Overall, I'm very impressed with these prices. My only negative is the hardware. I doubt it's stainless steel and I want it to be black. I sprayed the brackets with black plastic liquid and replaced the nuts and bolts. But that's all. While these lamps are worth their money. They look good and work well. I recommend them to anyone looking to spice up the look of their ride or add some light to the trail.
