I like how easy it is to search for candidates by skill set. It's also very simple to send applications to employers for potential new hires. The system doesn't have any built-in filters that would allow you to see all applicants without going through them one at a time, which can be tedious. Also, sometimes when you make changes to an application, it doesn't apply to the other versions of the same file. However, if an employer requests more information or updates their status, the applicant will automatically get notified via email. If they don't respond, we're able to follow up with them after the deadline has passed. This helps us to determine whether they've dropped out of consideration. We are solving our talent acquisition problem by implementing Zenploy to streamline our process and eliminate manual data entry.
