I read all the reviews and the same thing happened to me. He fell out of the car and I lost him. I have to say though. i own it I should have paid more time and attention to where I put it. I wanted to make sure I wrote a review. This tracker is very accurate. Above all I wanted to make sure and give a review for this company. I have NEVER had such great customer service. No joke. This team is very responsive and helpful. Not to mention the patient. A few weeks after I bought the device and then swapped out the device, I spoke to these guys like we were good friends or family. I would highly recommend this company and this product. Just take your time when placing this under a vehicle. I found one case where it fell and the position didn't make sense. He fell on a normal paved road. There are no potholes, but a country road leads there. Star Company - 5 full stars for sure. (I was not paid for this review)
