Fell out of car after 1 day. I followed the instructions exactly as stated. waste of money. Support offered me another one with discount, why should I spend more money on another one after I spent $150 and it fell after 1 day!

I emailed customer service twice with basic questions. They reply within twelve hours and are very helpful. The battery life lasted much longer than expected, 4 months to be exact. It stopped transmitting at 16% of its lifetime. I recommend this product for its long battery life, great customer service, and accurate tracking reports.

After 90 days of use, when I took the GPS out to charge, the charging port was covered in green caustic acid. I've tried deleting it and trying again - to no avail. I spoke to Global-View and sent photos asking them to cancel my subscription. They continued to charge me for another month. As a result, the month was returned to me. We found the battery life to be better than advertised. Probably 6-8 weeks. Location tracking is also very accurate. I can actually tell which particular service address the device is closest to. The only issue we had was that the device fell off after about a week when we placed it under a car in the very hot Texas climate.
