Corroded battery after one use
After 90 days of use, when I took the GPS out to charge, the charging port was covered in green caustic acid. I've tried deleting it and trying again - to no avail. I spoke to Global-View and sent photos asking them to cancel my subscription. They continued to charge me for another month. As a result, the month was returned to me. I asked where I can send the device to request a refund. I was rejected.
