We found the battery life to be better than advertised. Probably 6-8 weeks. Location tracking is also very accurate. I can actually tell which particular service address the device is closest to. The only issue we had was that the device fell off after about a week when we placed it under a car in the very hot Texas climate. Not sure if it was caused by the vehicle stopping suddenly which shook the device. We ended up putting the device in the car and haven't had any problems since. And I think the tracking actually works better from inside the car without the device having a metal cover.
