Review on G4Free 10L Hiking Backpack Lightweight Packable Hiking Daypack Small Travel Outdoor Foldable Shoulder Bag(Black) by David Alexander

Love it! Perfect but doesn’t fold down easily

I did *extensive* research into finding a backpack exactly this size. Needed one, first and foremost, that would fit my iPad Pro 12.9” and one I could stick in my carry-on for travel, small enough for hikes, local bike rides, etc. Basically one that could function as a purse sometimes and a non-bulky backpack other times. This one is perfect. What I love:* Super cute! Fantastic colors. Waterproof.* Quality construction and zippers. A little stiff, but not annoyingly so. The thickness feels like it will last a long time.* Inner pocket is great for a small wallet, ear buds or anything you want to keep secure, and plenty of room in the main pocket for a larger water bottle.* Outer pocket for easy access to cell phone.* Comfy, wide straps* Fits a ton of stuff but is not giant. The only thing you should know is that I couldn’t easily get it to fit in the pouch. Maybe somebody else could if they were good at that stuff. This doesn’t matter to me because I use it all the time and it feels small enough to stick in my carry-on bag when traveling.I also took my seam ripper and removed the label and it looks better to me. I’m not a "brands” person, especially not one that nobody has ever heard of. The side pockets are small too (like the backpack) so don’t be thinking you can put a huge water bottle in them. You need a larger backpack for that. For what this is, it’s the best in my opinion.

Pros
  • Throw this in your suitcase for day trips when you're traveling. Eminently foldable and washable.
Cons
  • Prone to snags and pulls
