Bought this just for the camera when the 2020 big hit came. Webcams were not available anywhere. The camera worked for about a week, then Windows 10 driver errors (on multiple computers). Ok, Windows update; I will only update the drivers. Oh wait, there are no drivers on the support site. The company recommends reinstalling the software to fix driver issues. I tried. nope Bad luck. Can I contact the company? Maybe (looks like a minor surgery) tried? no If you sell hardware, you must provide drivers and updates when you update Windows. It's also possible that the problem isn't with the driver, since this camera doesn't work on multiple laptops. Maybe the camera broke after a week. In any case, the camera is bullshit. I haven't used the program at all.
