Complicated company, no transparency, no customer service # on the website

I had difficulty receiving a product with less than transparent information when I requested delivery. As soon as the product(s) arrived, one of the watches stopped charging. I finally found a customer service number, had to search for it and finally came across it at the Better Business Bureau. My first problem was the delivery misinformation. The second issue was that one of the devices was not charging. Finally, the third problem is that the BPM is always about 20 BPM higher. The watch had a 25% charge when I opened it, so I could test the watch with my FitBit and Halo. Blood pressure was accurate as was the oxygen sensor, I have both standalone units for these measurements and had a physical exam 2 days ago. There are many reviews on the site but no way to leave a review. Phone number not listed. The site has no address. I liked some of the watch faces and their functions while they worked. The app is just ok, there is nothing special about it. They may need help translating the UI, especially if they are marketing in English speaking countries. There is no phone number or contact information in the instructions for use that came with the product. Your support rep was nice. She couldn't help but say the BPM was too high and said she'd tell the developers. They send out new watches (here and then) so I'm hoping to come back and improve the view a bit, but the lack of transparency just annoys me.
