The tool allows you not only to search for your ideal customer but also it helps in creating personas according to his/her needs and preferences. There are few features which I dislike like:- No option available to set up alerts when new leads come into my account.- Sometimes this software takes time before starting working properly after installation- It could be helpful if there was some way to create more than 1 profile per lead so as to track its progress better (ease tracking). This product has helped us gain good insights from each prospect who comes through our website or social media channels by using Lead Segmentation feature provided here.
