Firstly, don't believe 5 star reviews, they get paid to leave 5 star reviews after purchase. See my picture. As for the product, it's almost useless. Poorly made, cheap materials, doesn't last. You can't tighten the base without rotating the entire piece of metal, the rim/nut or whatever it's called can't be tightened either, it pushes out the part that attaches to the camera and the camera comes loose. The non-slip part on this wheel doesn't even touch anything, so it's useless. It looks like it was made for a different product. So the camera can easily rotate on its axis and fall out. I really wanted this to work because of its simple design and was fooled by the 4.5 star reviews. Then I found a bribe in the package.
