I've had this pillow for about a month now. I have to say that I sleep much better now! Memory foam lets you sink into the pillow, allowing you to breathe comfortably while you sleep. I sleep on my back and it's hard for me to breathe because I'm lying horizontally. No longer. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who has breathing problems and sleeps on their back. I like that you can remove the cover for washing. It has changed my sleeping habits for the better and I highly recommend it. I fall asleep quickly and sleep through the night without being woken up by the sound of my own breathing. Be sure to buy! You will not regret it
