This product comes very close to being right, but lacks some basic quality of life features. Management leaves a lot to be desired. They mention that the soldering iron holder can be side or top mounted, but they don't explain how to mount it on the side. And the top mount is a friction joint with poor tolerances. It took a lot of effort to get mine to mate and it looks like she might pop out at any moment. And there is absolutely no visible place to connect it on either side. Also sticking out on the left side is a sort of small pin that has a cover on the bottom that can be removed to reveal the internal wiring. It looks like this might be an attachment for some kind of stroller, but the instructions say absolutely nothing about it. And the tip holder appears to be much deeper, but it isn't. But it should be. The tips wobble and fall out easily if you need to move the station to another bench. The retaining ring for the soldering iron also does not tighten well, which can lead to cross-threading. And while the instructions state that the soldering reel holder is part of the build, it's actually not included. Otherwise, as with budget soldering stations, it gets the job done but is definitely built for the price.
