I have used other digital thermometers but this is the best so far. It can manually set a target temperature range as well as pre-programmed settings for a variety of meats including beef, lamb, veal, lamb, hamburger, pork, turkey, chicken and fish. When the temperature is close to the desired temperature, the screen will turn green and red as it reaches the target. I use it for grilling and am very happy with the product so far. I have no hesitation in recommending this product to anyone who needs a food thermometer with its multiple multi-functions.
