I like this cleaner very much. A friend told me about this after I told him that my pup has skin sensitivities and often gets small bumps on the skin. So I took a chance and tried it hoping it would help. Surprisingly, his little bumps disappeared shortly after I washed his sheets and my other sheets with this detergent! I was shocked that it made such an impression. For me it's just a reminder of the differences between a natural cleaning product and one I've used over the years. I also noticed that the duvet felt softer and didn't crumple as much. For me alone, these two things completely satisfied my purchase.
