So I'm a brunette and any kind of bleaching, lightening or lightening will give my hair any color from strawberry blonde to coppery orange. I rarely see a blond strand. Now I don't want to have blond (yellow) hair, I wanted a silvery icy ash color (actually quite a treacherous color, to be honest). At 51, my natural gray is increasing and the goal is to bypass the "growing out" process. Armed with the BlondMe system, I became a gray goddess. I got about 8 which was a golden orange tan stew. The purple shampoo made the orange more common and the roots turned into a light strawberry. Not a lot of toner, lifting toner, post-bleach evens my hair from root to tip (my hair is cut like Lady Mary in Downton Abbey). And then this shampoo appeared. MIRACLE IN A BOTTLE! My hair has never looked better and I have never added a drop of bleach or brightener. When my roots get a little smoky, a couple of washes lightens them up and a nice mix of bright and medium light continues. After applying the BlondMe conditioner, my hair is soft, silky and wonderful! Thank you Joiko!
