I work at home, I call the support service of 2 different companies. I work 5 days a week from 9am to 12pm and a few hours on weekends. I have been using this phone system daily since May 2014. Yes, it's cheap, especially the headset. A few months after receiving it, I had to re-glue part of the microphone to the headset. The plastic has splintered. So far, however, this has been the only problem I've encountered. Overall a great phone system for the price. Haven't replaced the headset yet but if you work from home you know you have backup hardware lol. It does its job. Ideal for people who are just starting to work from home and need a good basic headset. If you have a much more expensive headset and need a decent replacement headset then this is for you. If you can't afford to get what you want, that's it. You just can't go wrong. Calls are crystal clear, no buzzing, buzzing through the headset. Usually it's from phone lines. I've found that sometimes it's not so clear when people are calling from cell phones. There are no problems from stationary to this one. I made a long distance call and heard the man as if he were in the neighborhood. For the price, it's not bad for a phone system. All home business work must be considered acceptable. I am very happy :)
