Excellent support & pricing structure, looks to be a great long term partnership

The support team has been very responsive to questions, as well any issues we have had over our contract time frame they've always responded quickly! They are also open about pricing which makes them easy for us (as clients) too understand what services will be needed before signing up - no surprises here either!! We use their products at my current organization in order build out an ERP solution that's customized specifically within HR / Payroll processes but can extend into other areas of business if desired or necessary down road..
not much else specific feedback from this partnership yet though it seems like things run smoothly so far :).

Pros

Easy set up process through sales reps/support staff; clear product offering available with customization options along each phase of development cycle..easy access & contact info is provided throughout project management timeline when required :)
