This item does not work. I only tried to use it three weeks after receiving it. I thought it wasn't fully charged so I let it charge for a couple of hours. It still didn't work. The keyboard lit up for a few seconds, but neither the mouse nor the keys worked. Tried charging three times. I've made sure it's connected to my tablet, but it still doesn't work. The keyboard does NOT have tablet connectors like the Microsoft keyboard. That's why it doesn't connect and doesn't work. I ordered one for my mom and it works perfectly. I liked how it glows so I bought one. I've tried to understand what the problem is. Now I see that it is a manufacturing defect. I am attaching a photo so you can show the difference between how it should be and how it is faulty. The first photo is the bottom of my tablet where the keyboard is going to be attached. The second picture is a Microsoft keyboard. The third photo is defective, I buy through this company. You don't give me an exchange!
