They really help: Reading glasses
On those days when the office light is too bright for me, they are a must. I wish the clip on the nose wasn't so bulky and obvious, but I guess every clip is like that. I definitely recommend them if you have lighting issues. One suggestion I would like to make to the manufacturer is to offer different shapes. We don't all wear rectangular glasses. :)
