It works in no time
I needed something to fill water balloon stress balls for a group counseling class and we didn't have a sink for class so I found this one water balloon filler. It works in a pinch for what it is, but unfortunately a lot of air escapes into the balloon during inflation. I don't really care about the end tying the knot. Basically everything is fine. I wish it didn't let in so much air when filling.
