The ability to see what's going on in real time with my employees makes it very easy for me to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization or department.
There really isn't anything I dislike about the product itself as much as there could be something that would improve its functionality. It has definitely helped us keep up to date with our customers and have better communication between our team members! We use SnapTrends to monitor twitter activity in regards to our brand. This allows our staff to stay updated with customer feedback regarding our products/services.
