I have ordered two extension rails as you can see in the photos. I installed a 12" rail on the other side of the case. They sent me a long stick. Well I work with custom wood and want it done right so I had to take it to the machine shop and cut it, to make sure the ends were cut straight.They reimbursed me for this but the time and expense I spent (workshop and travel time) was way more than it was worth.And waiting for a replacement from China is a must not an option at the install date I set with the customer.I will also post a review for the 12' track, the 12' track link and the link that came with the extension was too big.So I also had to take the joint to the machine shop to have it sorted out and I didn't find out about that until I was at the customer's site.
