Stay away from these tubes
I bought these tires as I am also restoring an old Schwinn. Both hoses were inflated to 70psi and then deflated very slowly. I took off the hoses, let us down a little. kept her under water. Apply soapy water to it. No blisters. The bladder does not lose air from outside the tire. When I reinstall the hoses they hold up to 70 pounds of air and go flat. I have replaced and repaired countless pipes. For the first time I can't find a leak. Something is wrong with these tubes. I will try to get my money back.
