Okay, but hard to get out.

These are not dispensed from the top of the bin. There is a pull-out hole in the lid of the container, but the napkins are not perforated - they are already fully separated, although they come in a roll. That way if you stick one through the top of the lid you can pull it out but it will never reach the top of the next napkin because they aren't attached to each other at all. Otherwise, stop working.
