Review on Ur Venue by Chris Rigsby

I have been able to use urvenue services, both internally at my previous employer for on-site events as well as externally with some of our partners & customers. They have developed & implemented an outstanding system that is very user friendly, but most importantly provides them reliable feedback via analytics so we can continually improve their service delivery. Their support team are readily available, helpful and always go above and beyond to ensure every event goes smoothly! There isn't anything about the platform that i dislike or would like changed, they've got it nailed down - just pick what you need from there! We're using urevent's software to provide the technology backbone for all of our events which include; conference sessions, seminars, networking activities, workshops etc. We also use their webinars to help educate clients (both internal & external) on new changes/updates to existing systems such as SAP & ERP applications (including SOX reporting). I like how easy it is to use, you can set up multiple locations for your event all from one place, very user friendly! You also have access to many different tools within urvenue that help with things such as guest lists, seating charts etc. There are some features that could be improved but nothing major at this time. We used urvenue before we hired our own team of managers so they were able to manage everything through urvenue. This made my life easier because I didn't need to worry about anything.
