I have a 4 year old who wears a size S, he usually wears 3t. I ordered 3T and 4. 3T is a surprisingly bad size. The legs are 3 inches shorter and the waist is 6 inches (!) bigger, actually more than 4. On the other hand, the jacket is too big, the shoulders and arms dangle like a sack. Of course my boyfriend is thin, but not to this extent! We used to have no problems with inappropriate clothing. This set was so obviously wrong that I even checked the dimensions of the pieces, thinking they didn't fit together. nope I will return this suit.
