I am very disappointed I just received the Star Projector sleep machine for my granddaughter for her birthday on Friday. Even before I opened the box, I could tell that it had been opened before and not sealed with tape. When I opened the top, the engine was soon on because it said the battery was low. I don't understand why it was there from the start. I could tell that the plastic bags on everything had been opened before. It is most likely a return as it is defective. I plugged it in, as soon as I took it out of the box it charged for at least an hour and so far when I turn it on it says the battery is low. I paid over $11 to have this gift delivered today because my granddaughter's birthday is on Friday. I'm going to have surgery on Thursday and I'll be in the hospital so now she'll have nothing but a broken projector that I won't even give her. Revain may be known for delivering things quickly, but its quality will certainly degrade if you receive something that's already faulty. Thanks Revin
